In using this website, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

By placing an order through eliskadesign.com, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email that confirms that the product has been dispatched (the “Dispatch Confirmation”).

You must be 18 years or over to enter into a contract with us by placing an order with us, you confirm that you are 18 years or over.

Limitation of Liability

The total liability of eliská design for any claim, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by us to the customer.

If you have a valid claim based on the poor condition or quality of your goods and you return them within a reasonable time, you are entitled to choose between a refund or replacement where possible. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We endeavour to keep the Website up-to-date, but retain the right to update product information without notice.

Certain weights, measures and similar descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colours; however, the actual colour you see will depend on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours. The inclusion of any products or services in the Website at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time.

Contracts for the purchase of products through our Website and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non- contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by English law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with such Contracts or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our Returns Policy applies to all purchases made on eliská design and are incorporated by reference in these Terms.

UK RETURNS

Small Goods - The customer is allowed to return, or exchange goods within 14 days.

Large Goods - Please enquire per large item (furniture, art etc) on the returns policy for each of these items before purchasing.

Returned items must be in a resalable condition, with the packaging is intact. This means the product has not been opened, nor used and the cellophane remains intact. The postage for the return of small goods is at the charge of the customer. Additionally, it is the responsibility of the customer that the goods have been packaged to return in a state where no damage will incur.

Bespoke items are non refundable once they’ve been produced.

Your refund will be processed once your item is received back in a resalable condition.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International orders will not be able to be refunded or returned, unless there is damage to the item upon delivery. Please ensure you read carefully the shipping & return policy.

If your item has arrived damaged or has a defect, please contact us and we will assess your application and email you about an exchange or account credit.

You also need to email with photographic evidence of any damage if you wish to request an exchange or credit.
