returns and refunds policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

UK returns
Small Goods - The customer is allowed to return, or exchange goods within 14 days with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Large Goods - Please enquire per large item (furniture, art etc) on the returns policy for each of these items before purchasing.
Returned items must be in a resalable condition, with the packaging intact. This means the product has not been used. The postage for the return of goods is at the charge of the customer. Additionally, it is the responsibility of the customer that the goods have been packaged to return in a state where no damage will incur.
In regards to crystal glassware, all returns should be suitably wrapped, including the inner wrapping inside the box to ensure no breakages occur on return. This must include original packaging and the stickers on the glassware in place. This is to ensure they are unused and in a resalable condition.
Bespoke items are non refundable once they’ve been produced.
Your refund will be processed once your item is received back in a resalable condition.
International returns
International orders will not be able to be refunded or returned, unless there is damage to the item upon delivery. Please ensure you read carefully the shipping & return policy. If your item has arrived damaged or has a defect, please contact us and we will assess your application and email you about an exchange or account credit.
You also need to email with photographic evidence of any damage if you wish to request an exchange or credit.
Shipping charges
EU customers Please note shipments may be subject to dutiful tax. As the recipient of the order, you may need to pay any import duties and taxes directly to the carrier to release your order from customs. We are unable to advise on the exact amount, and recommend you contact your local customs office/tax authority before placing an order.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping.
Damaged items: If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale items: Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
